LenderClose today announced the company has added Sales Vice President Chris Meade, Relationship Manager Sarah Bond, Sales Executive Sarah Porter, Marketing Communications Specialist Kristin Walters and Relationship Manager Max Zaug to its growing team.
LenderClose Sales Vice President Chris Meade
Meade brings more than a decade of experience to LenderClose, including IT recruiting and account management. Most recently, he was the manager of branch sales for AVID Technical Resources, a leading IT recruiting firm.
During his time as a technical account manager for IP Pathways, a provider of hybrid professional IT solutions, he honed his ability to build and manage client relationships. His aptitude for finding the right solutions to satisfy businesses’ technical, budgetary and other requirements led to him meeting and exceeding sales quotas. He attained more than $800,000 in gross profit while working for this employer, earning him the distinction of “Million Dollar Club” achiever.
Meade earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
For LenderClose Meade will use his technical expertise and experience leading recruiting teams to exceed sales goals to oversee the daily sales activity and create more effective sales strategies to promote LenderClose solutions.
LenderClose Relationship Manager Sarah Bond
Bond joins LenderClose with more than a decade of sales leadership and account management experience, primarily with technology companies, such as Dwolla, Genesis10 and most recently, IP Pathways. There she performed successful contract
negotiations through the development of strategic IT roadmaps to support existing and future back-end infrastructure and cloud initiatives.
Bond’s consultative approach has allowed her to strengthen long-term customer relationships at the executive level as well execute on growth initiatives that penetrated new divisions and organizations to deliver solid solutions. Through collaboration with sales and marketing, she has driven the development of broader target audiences and revenue streams in the fintech industry.
Bond earned a bachelor’s of business administration with an emphasis in business marketing from Upper Iowa University in Des Moines.
For LenderClose, Bond will draw on her proven sales experience to help grow the company’s market share, establishing and building relationships with key clients. The various business unit leaders will also rely on her expertise in maintaining existing contracts and retention goals through integration and cross sale of LenderClose products and services.
LenderClose Sales Executive Sarah Porter
Porter, joining LenderClose as a sales executive, most recently held a marketing and sales manager position at State Farm. Prior to that she held a position as strategy consultant at Packback before being promoted to program manager and event coordinator for the
AI-supported student online discussion platform.
Porter earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Drake University in Des Moines, IA. She received the Excellence in Teaching Award before transitioning to sales. Drawing on her background in education and a demonstrated ability to make information engaging and easy-to-understand, she has excelled in sales roles earning Rookie of the Year, Most New Accounts and Hall of Fame awards.
For LenderClose, Porter will use her experience working with start-ups to lead sales initiatives that generate interest in LenderClose solutions. Through informative and engaging demonstrations of the software platform, she will uncover new partnership opportunities with financial institutions and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
LenderClose Marketing Communications Specialist Kristin Walters
Joining LenderClose as a recent graduate of Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Walters earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and public relations with a concentration in marketing and minor in art.
She completed several marketing internships during her time at Coe, including a position with Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust where she gained experience in creating campaign content and graphics and conducting market research and trends for the community bank. Additionally, Walters supported the Cedar Rapids community through her work with non-profit organizations and leadership roles within campus groups, most notably her role as chapter president of her sorority.
At LenderClose, Walters will support the marketing and communications initiatives to support the fintech across all departments, utilizing her education and experience in digital communications, social media management, graphic design, and project management skills to coordinate events.
LenderClose Relationship Manager Max Zaug
Zaug joins LenderClose from Marco Technologies where he was a technology advisor. In that role, he strategized with the executive-level to help identify, control and analyze key technological costs. He also worked closely with clients on developing 5-year plans for IT
projects like infrastructure as a service, software as a service, voice as a service, cloud storage and data migrations, among others.
Zaug received two bachelor’s degrees in business administration – one in management with a concentration in human resources and a second one in marketing with a concentration in sales management from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. While at Drake, he was a management research assistant and also a student consultant for Atlantic Bottling Company where he gained experience leading a point-of-purchase team to help improve Coca-Cola’s product sales.
For LenderClose, Zaug will use his IT industry experience to onboard new clients and partners and successfully utilize the LenderClose platform and technology to achieve key results.
